Kandace grew up in the small town of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Kandace seemed to be a very special person from the start. She could feel the music early on and it was apparent in her movements. Kandace has been singing since she was 3 years old, starting at church. She’s also a theatre kid at heart. She would listen with excitement when her mother sang to her as a baby. Kandace is a vocalist, songwriter, engineer, and BGV queen. She specializes in mostly R&B and Pop music. Her voice has Pop elements with clear, soulful, roots. Many people compare her style to artists like Brandy, Chloe x Halle, and Tink. Over the years, she’s discovered she can do even more. With the skills of writing, harmonizing, and producing now under her belt, she is finally stepping out on her own to show the world her individual sound.
