Christian rap artist, “AC” Antoine Cabarrus, was born in Orange, New Jersey. He developed a passion for sports and music very early in his life. AC received a full ride scholarship to play football at Marshall University and earned two bachelors and a master’s degree in the process. AC joined the Army shortly after graduating college and rose to the rank of Captain. After releasing his album, 4:13 All Through Christ, AC received national recognition for his hard work. He received six nominations and won 2018 Alternative Christian Rap CD of the Year. His music video to the song “Fallin’” featuring musical artist Melody Joy. AC’s release “The Storm” is a collaboration with Kelsie May who was a fan favorite on season 8 of The Voice. This song is on AC’s album, Strength in the Dark, which focuses on overcoming depression. AC released his 6th album “Through It All” in the summer of 22’ and then his 7th album Let’s Go” in the summer of 23’. At the beginning of 2024, AC released a new single to kick off the year, and made his debut as an actor in the movie The Good Fight. Shortly after starting the year strong AC was diagnosed with Gillain Barre Syndrome in February which hospitalized him the entire month of March. Despite having to overcome temporary paralysis and rigorous physical therapy for several months, he was able to write and record another album “All or Nothing”, which is scheduled to be released October 18th.
