Electric Pyramid is the story of a band of musicians who have combined their love of music in all its forms with the old fashioned artistry of live studio recording. In a world of computer assisted pop and consumer design, Electric Pyramid has a neo-hippie feel drawn from the rock influences of the 60's and 70's. Their forthcoming album, recorded with producer John Cornfield who is responsible for the sound of classic albums from Muse, Oasis, Robert Plant, Supergrass and Razorlight, is shaped around society's universal themes and our human need for love, hope and redemption. In a pre-Covid world, the band toured intensively across Europe. From the clubs of London and Paris, to the summer festivals of Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. The band moved on to Japan to play the Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka and Tokyo, where they enjoyed considerable success, signing an album deal with Japanese label Ward. Originally formed by singer / songwriter Ol Beach, the band members come from across the world of music: Christian Mendoza (lead guitar, keys and vocals), Linus Taylor (lead guitar and vocals), Luigi Casanova (bass and vocals) and Chris Brice (Drums, percussion and vocals). Their debut album is out now.
