Rekoil Chafe is one of the OG lyricist and music producers of Mumbai's Hip-hop scene and is making music for almost a decade now. His music features lived experiences, abstract & metaphorical concepts, Assertion of his identity & the community he comes from as well as Repeatedly addressing issues that Independent Artists & Freelancers face through bars, schemes and satirical bits. He has produced for several Indian Hip Hop Favourites including Gravity & Shah Rule's "Sim Sim" Farhan Khan's "Godfather" & "100Bars", Kidshot ft Kr$na - "Meri Baari" and more. Rekoil has also been active on Instagram, where he samples Bollywood music and remixes them into hiphop beats. The same reels have been "remixed" by a number of major influencers and industry veterans, with one of the highlights being "Mumbai Indians" using his rendition of "Oh Mere Dil Ke Chain." An ex-core member of a Thane based organisation "The Hip-Hop Movement" (THHM), Rekoil contributed to the planning and organizing of many Hip-Hop events in the blooming stage of the Indian Hip-Hop circuit.
