Having grown up in church, playing the noughties pop-rock that dominates the christian music scene, whilst listening to the likes of Sam Cooke , Nat King Cole and Duke Ellington, Dan 'Freddie' Fardon combines a love for soulful melody and rich lyrical content with a desire to make music that points listeners straight to the heart of God. 
 Originally trained in jazz piano, and later picking up a variety of instruments, Fardon's music has been inspired by many, from Josh Garrels and Jon Foreman to Snarky Puppy and HONNE, all of whom have contributed to his unique sound. He now seeks to write songs that express a fresh taste of the Holy Spirit and a truthful exposition of the journey of faith we all find ourselves on. 
 Freddie Fardon is currently working on his first EP, in collaboration with HXLY KXSS and The Amen Collective.
