Giuseppe Pansa, better known as Joe Pansa, began his musical career in 1997 by approaching the hip hop culture. After a few years of adventures in the Rap world, Joe Pansa decides to experiment a new way of creating music. Fascinated by songwriting music, both Italian (De Andrè, Gaber) and international (Bob Dylan, Bowie) he creates an acustic album and begins to collaborate with various musicians such as Vito Mannarini, Graziana Aceto, Paolo Daniele, Umberto Calentini, Graziana Campanella and Niky Calefati who will enrich and expand his musical vision. His Ep entitled "What's Matter" takes up a bit of all the experiences that Joe Pansa has had associated with a new sound that contemplates, above all, folk and electronics but does not disdain a touch of pure songwriting. With this latest EP "A due passi dal mondo reale" Joe Pansa returns to his roots, closing the circle that began almost 25 years ago with Rap. A work that takes up a bit of all the nuances assimilated over the years by other musical genres, but always far from the standard and commercial canons of the Italian Rap devastated by the absence of meaning. He has always seen rap as Public Enemy sees it, with a social role, which influences people to think and feel and not to exalt themselves and models their music with real values and dignity. Main influences: The Beatles, David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Renato Carosone, Fred Buscaglione, Pink Floyd, Caparezza, Fabrizio De Andrè, Giorgio Gaber, Alicia Keys, Public Enemy.
