S. MICHAUD is a female songwriter, singer and producer hailing from London who creates all of her music exclusively from her phone. Her alt-pop production style is influenced by the likes of Halsey and Billie Eilish, with lyrical and delivery influences from folk/alt-rock artists such as Hozier and Tori Amos. 
 Her first album, THE FLIGHT OF ICARUS (2021) explores with trademark honesty the adaptation to - and navigation of - early adult life, exploring a range of genres to communicate themes of nostalgia, loss, possibility, fear and self-preservation/discovery. 
 AND SO TO WAX (2021), its sister/sequel album (extended version: Postscriptum (2021)) details the second half of the Icarus metaphor - the ‘fall’ - communicating ideas about doubt, self-sabotage, and navigating a multitude of relationships. 
 VALENTINE, her third album is coming February 2022.
