L ed by the sultry vocals of Rachael Yanni and cerebral songwriting of Cody Hall, this group of musical pioneers has created a sound that will make any music lover stop in their tracks. Originally formed as a traveling husband and wife duo in 2007, Traveling Broke and Out of Gas grew quickly as a full band incorporating multiple styles of music such as folk, blues, rock, country and more. The group eventually began describing the unique blend of music genres as “Bastard Americana”. This term subsequently became the title of their fourth full length studio album released in September of 2018.
