Benny Grenz is a german pianist and composer from Fischerhude, a small town near Bremen. He studied jazz piano at the University of the Arts in Bremen and developed a passion for composing his own songs. In his music he combines traditional elements of jazz, pop and classical music, which characterizes his own style. His latest solo album "Fading Tales" is an atmospheric collection of compositions that takes you on a journey through nostalgic soundscapes. The title itself expresses nostalgia and transience - like stories that slowly fade but still leave a strong emotional echo. This is reflected in the music: quiet, melancholic and thoughtful piano pieces characterize the album.
