Mr. Babadook is a dark progressive psytrance DJ and producer from Mexico City. His style is the result of mixing forest textures and twilight sounds over progressive and psytech rhythms heavily infused with funk and afro-latinx grooves. His debut EP -''Beyond''- was released in 2018 by Croatian label Pistolero Recordings, followed by "Saikito Lento"; (2020) and “Black Summer” (2022). He has released tracks on compilations by labels such as Egohunter, Another Psyde, Visionary Shamanics, Insane Azylum, aqui no and Enki Lab. In 2020 he released "VA - Manglar" (Pistolero Recordings), the first Mexican dark prog compilation to be released by an international label. His debut album: "Black Prog" was released in December 2023 and soon will be available on all streaming Platforms.
