Octavious Hose know as outr.cty (prounced Outer City) is an Christian Hip-Hop Artist and designer based in Atlanta, GA. He is currently independent working under his creative initiative UNTLD CULTR Collective. The artist is also associated with CHH groups New Christian Order (nCo) and the TLS conglomerate. Inspired by the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Lecrae, André 3000, and Childish Gambino - outr.cty’s style ranges from Southern Trap to Conscience Hip Hop.   Cty started writing and producing while attending Tri-Cities High School; a performing arts school in which Kenan Thompson, OutKast, Xscape and many talented performers attended.  He soon joined a group and dove into the secular rap scene. After dedicating his life to Christ, he was introduced to the CHH genre; and in 2018 he release his first single. Since then, he’s featured on tracks with artist such as Nu Tone , 1K Phew , A.I. The Anomaly , Mission , B. Cooper , 350 and more. In 2021 outr.cty was nominated as a Rapzilla Freshman; and nominated for Album of the year by FiveTwenty Collective. He’s also received great reviews from the likes of Derek Minor and OnBeatMusic .
