Thomas Enger (born 21st of November 1973) started composing when he was 19 years old. Piano is his weapon of choice, though he likes to experiment with textures and instruments of all kinds. His compositions have been branded somewhat impressionistic, in the sense that they seem to be improvised, yet profoundly melodic and heartfelt. 
 Born and living in Oslo, Norway, Thomas is a full-time writer as well, having published 14 novels to date, published in more than 30 countries world wide.
