London Born Rio Flawless’ is an active producer/songwriter, Dj and radio presenter who started his musical journey at the tender age of 8 when he first attended a Saturday music school in North London. It was here where learnt about musical theory, the piano and was introduced to an Atari ST and Cubasis. Time spent at this institution acted as the catalyst which birth his undying passion for music and production. Growing up in London, during his teenage years in the era of Uk garage music, after his elder brother bought a pair of technique 1210's, introduced a new taste to Rios pallet where he found djing and started playing out a local venues and house partys. It was at this point where his love for music and production intensified and he started making beats and putting out his own tracks. "Music is an emotion of life" Drawing inspiration from the greats such as Timbaland, Quincey Jones, Fela Kuti, K Warren & TJ Cases just to name a few, Rios early production encapsulated the smooth rnb melodies infused with the club banging hip hop drums and synths. But never liked to be pigeon holed to one genre & believing that music is a tool that can be used to reflect every mood and feeling, Rio started to produced many different songs for different genres using different pseudonyms. After a trip to his homeland of Nigeria and Ghana his love for African culture and music deepened and he started to incorporate the Afro sound in his music. His current single Flygerian is out NOW!
