Ladé, real name Oyetundun Omoladé Rachael, is a musician born on 16th November 1999 in Nigeria. She is widely recognized for her hit song “Adulthood Anthem”, which went viral on TikTok. It also debuted at number 9 on the TurnTable Top 100. She rose to fame in 2020 after collaborating with Airtel Nigeria for a commercial. In the same year, she released an EP containing five tracks. In June 2022, she released the single “Adulthood Anthem”, which earned more than 100 million views on TikTok. In 2021, she won the Pitcher Awards in the category of Telecom Product/Services for her participation in the Airtel 444 campaign. In 2022, she was nominated for the Net Honours for Breakout Artiste of the Year 9 (Female) for her song “Adulthood Anthem”. In July 2022, Ladé was Spotify’s July “Fresh Find”. Other singles released by Ladé include “Situationship”, “Hustle” and “Speechless”. Following up with her sophomore album 'Merchant of Melodies', which was released in November, some months after her hit single, Adulthood Anthem released in June, 2022, featuring Crayon and Grammy nominated Madé Kuti which received more acclaim and reception from music lovers. Lade currently has a new single out, One by One featuring Olamide, off her upcoming project ‘MORPH’
