Rishi K is a music aficionado who loves to experiment with different genres of music. He is a certified music producer from Berklee College of Music, US. Rishi K is the lyricist of "Vaanmugil", composed by Nishad G and performed by Shashaa Tirupati, Sreekanth Hariharan and Anjana G, which has been submitted officially under jury recommendation for Grammy's 2025. He is the main session guitarist, programmer and recording engineer for the song Kaaka Kadha - From "Think Indie" and Edhuvum Kedaikalana? - From "Think Indie"US Kadha by vaisagh. His music is loved by his followers owing to his experiments with different soundscapes, intermixing of various genres, his mellifluous voice, intricate musical arrangments and aural storytelling. Rishi K's original tracks have been featured on Maed In India, Livelee, Indie Collective, Radio City Tamil, Hello FM, Findie.in & Savaal Magazine. He has performed 350 shows in and around Tamil Nadu along with his band, High On Octaves. He has opened for and performed with Indie Artists like vaisagh, Dacalty and Anand Kashinath. He has opened for Thaikkudam Bridge at their live concert at HICAS, Coimbatore in association with Rush Republic. Rishi K has released 16 original tracks, 1 collaborative EP along with Dacalty and more than 20 covers under his own banner Yaaro Kettavai / Radio Waltz Studios. He is an ardent fan of Ilaiyaraaja, A.R. Rahman, The Weeknd and Hans Zimmer.
