Adeleke Ayodeji Peter, widely known as DEQUEZ, is an Afrobeat artist from Ibadan, Nigeria, recognized for his unique sound and versatility. He began his musical journey at the age of 16 and officially entered the music industry in 2012 with his hit song “Kpankna,” which gained popularity in Ibadan. In 2016, DEQUEZ relocated to the United Kingdom, where his passion for music flourished. He released several tracks, including "Yard," and dropped an EP titled "Different Breed" in 2022. His latest single, "Bamilo," is making waves both locally and internationally. DEQUEZ is currently working on his debut album, set to release in early 2025.
