Biography

Celina Sharma is an artist of Australian/British nationality with Indian, Italian and Maltese decent. In 2019 BBC Asian Network, in recognition of her talent announced Celina as the BBC 2019 Future Sound, making her the youngest ever to achieve the honour. Celina aged 17 created a huge buzz in a short space of time, releasing her first single “Lean On” in 2019 featuring Indian superstar Emiway Bantai which has racked up over 100 million streams globally and is now certified Double Platinum in India. Celina went on to release her debute EP "CECE" featuring the likes of Rich The Kid, Harris J and Stonebwoy. The much anticipated project independently streamed over 200 Million worldwide and has been playlisted on BBC Radio 1, Triple J and KISS FM. The budding star has also performed at major festivals like Reading, Wireless, Radio 1 Big Weekend and Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball. Since her debut release the teen sensation has exploded in terms of audience (3.7 million in total) positioning herself as one of the leading UK rising stars. Celina grew into the fastest growing UK artist on TikTok with 2.2 million followers and 36 million likes, amassing over 485k Youtube subscribers, 400k snapchat subs along with 530k instagram followers. She has also received great support across TV, making her UK TV performance debut on Blue Peter, as well as being performing on other shows such as CBBC Saturday Mashup, Nickelodeon, ITV News, 4music, Revolt TV (USA) and MTV.
