Spawned from the ashes of Punk & New Wave, Dan Raven emerged like a phoenix with his own unique sound after being inspired by his boyhood idols Adam and the Ants. Acheiving his dream by briefly standing in for Adam himself at a gig in Birmingham with The Glitterband & Angie Bowie, this made Dan Raven-ous for more...his band Metal Pirates, (a tribute to Adam and the Ants),supported Sigue Sigue Sputnik Electronic & The Glitterband in London and Birmingham in the UK.
