Harold Boué, also known as Abstraxion and Lion’s Drums, is a French producer and musician based in Marseille. His music transcends boundaries, drawing from a range of genres and influences including Italo disco, EBM, early trance, techno rave, and synth wave, resulting in a captivating and unique musical experience. Abstraxion’s sets are unpredictable, and he has a talent for surprising his audience with unexpected musical directions. Harold’s live performances are a seamless blend of flesh and machine, with his modular GRP A4 allowing him to give a modern interpretation to the euphoric sounds of the ’80s and ’90s while maintaining a warm and dance floor-focused approach. In addition to his music, Harold is also the co-founder of Biologic Records alongside his partner in crime DC Salas. He is a prominent figure in the Marseille underground scene, having been involved in projects such as the Mouillette queer parties and the Encore Encore festival. Harold’s new album, was released in June 2023 on Dischi Autunno.
