Salvatore DiAndrea, A.K.A. Northside Joyride is a singer/songwriter/indie-pop producer from North Denver, Colorado. After years of producing music under his own name, Sal decided 2020 was the time for a new stage name. He now performs as Northside Joyride as an homage to his hometown of Denver and also for his love of cars. Although Northside Joyride was started in 2020, Sal began playing music long before. Sal took an early interest in guitar and began teaching himself to play. By high school he was playing in local rock bands, but he truly found his calling during his sophomore year of high school. He was introduced to Ableton by a friend and was soon filling up hard drives with hip hop beats for his friends to rap to at parties. He soon realized that producing his own beats was his passion. In 2015, Sal moved to Los Angeles to begin making a name for himself as a producer. Since then, he has released 2 albums, 1 mixtape, and multiple singles. In addition, he's created jingles for podcasts, original musical content for other artists, and performed vocal features on other musician’s projects.
