Righteous Reg is a rapper and producer out of the bay area. Influenced by 90s boom bap, Righteous started producing his own music to show exactly the vision that he has as a rapper. With influences like A Tribe Called Quest, The Roots, Outkast, Mos Def, and Kendrick lamar, Righteous uses bars for his main expression. Righteous produces his own music and creates beats which would be described as a bit experimental, lo fi, boom bap, with dirty drums to separate himself from the pack but the music always will be about the struggle of black people and the celebration of being black, the true essence of hip hop.
