Lauretta Rob, also known as Big Rob, was born and raised in the Edmondson Avenue area of west Baltimore. In between the many streets that rest in the area, Lauretta ave has been the inspiration for his music. With gritty beats and a southern flow, Rob has caught the ears of his audience as he speaks on life, hurt, pain and urban politics in his raps. With the release of his album “September” audiences have engulfed themselves in the southern Baltimore sound leaving us to wonder what he will do (or say) next.
