American born rapper, producer, and sound engineer was raised in the rugged 34th and Ely projects of southeast Washington, DC. Using the streets as a conduit to kick-start his musical career; Amsta started recording and making beats at the early age of eleven. Influenced by the hip-hop culture of the mid-'90s, Amsta has managed to build a hip-hop dynasty without registering on the mainstream radar. In 2012, Amsta co-founded Traknomics Music Group with his manager Heaven Lanski (The voice of Muzik) an independent label that allows local audience to look at the hip-hop genre as a mass market for new beginnings. Amsta has also made a name for himself as an up and coming rapper at Heron Studios, where he is currently working on his debut album' White People Problems.
