NIR was born to explore new horizons and push boundaries in the electronic music field. Every track is almost like apnea, a deep way of perceiving sound, between sensations and perceptions through the essence of every frequency. Appreciated in Berlin and around Europe, the artist has built throughout the years his unique distinctive sound, influenced by ambient music and the early 90’s Hip Hop culture.His artistic career starts and grows in Turin where he specializes as Sound Engineer, then in Rome. After years of collaboration with the best representatives of the European Bass scene and after being present at various festivals like the Outlook in Croatia, he moves to Berlin in 2015, to expand his cultural and musical background. Always trying to evolve all together with his artistic projects and his desire to explore the unknown in the attempt to give the listener a linear and emotional contact with the research of art itself. After several releases on different European labels, gigs in some of the most renowned clubs around Europe and supported by many artists, he also participates in the creation of the soundtrack for the awarded short movie “Come Down” for the London Film School, bringing his experiments and sharing the vision of his sound also in the Cinematographic panorama. NIR has the mission of celebrate and keep alive every aspect of what the music culture should be as the highest expression of art.
