The rapper is originally from Scarborough, where he grew up in the 4301 high rise building on the corner of Kingston and Galloway. 
 Sha Hustle aka $ha is an artist, producer, A&R, creative. Sha started off rapping at a young age and also became a in-house producer for the Reps Up crew that consist of Preme, Chubbs and others. He is also the cousin of Chubbs (Drake’s close friend) and Sony signee Swagger Rite. He was on and off music but never started taking it quite serious until around 2012-2014. 
 Musically, he is the godfather of the underground sound that Toronto has been brewing for a minute. Sha’s vibe includes many alter egos one of them being his ubiquitous sing-song style floating effortlessly over the surprisingly bouncy beats. His ear for a unique intersection of Trap, between Psychedelic Rock and 808s paired with gritty, inspirational lyrics; to samples of nostalgic vibes that bring you back to a certain time but still sound refreshing of our present new wave. 
 Having cameos in Drake’s Headlines video, to being recognized from October’s Very Own Oliver El-Khatib (Drake’s Manager) and to the likes of the XO camp; Sha has been releasing mixtapes that has generated thousands and millions of streams, also been featured on major platforms such as Noisey, Complex and many more. He was a opening act for Skepta, Roy Woods and his memorable Hoxton debut alongside Yung Lean. He even got his first Much Music video introduction from his song « Don’t Worry. »
