Ralphiel "Rif-Raf The Great" Marshall was born and raised in the streets of South Central Los Angeles, surviving became a way of life. Raised by a single mom, cousins, uncles and eventually the streets. Rif-Raf began to drift toward the life style his cousins and uncles was living. Years later after a few run-ins with the law and the numerous deaths of family members and friends, Rif-Raf decided to get back to his music roots and restructure his life. With the guidance from two cousins who has produced music for a few artist in the music industry, gave him the knowledge and support to get back into music. Now Rif-Raf is creating quite a buzz in the music scene, underground and in the industry. Rif-Raf is also the Founder/Producer/Engineer of West World Music Group and Founder of his own publishing company Far-Fir Publishing.
