Puppi (Federico Puppi) is a Latin Grammy Nominated cellist, composer and producer from Italy, currently based in Brasil. His music is characterized by his unique style of cello and electric-cello playing, Afro-Brazilian percussions influences and strong melodies. Puppi's second solo album "Marinheiro de Terra Firme" with special guest Milton Nascimento. This album have an hybrid sonority between acoustic and electronic worlds. Puppi is considered by the musical press as one of the most interesting modern and popular cellist, well know for his innovative sound and technique.
