Lace is a music industry graduate of South Carolina State University, where she gained her first opportunity in accessing her acting career. She managed to land an audition for a role in the American television sequel “Drumline: A New Beat” on Video Hits 1 in 2014, making this her first semi big breakout. Not only was she casted as an actress, but as stunt double for leading actress Alexander Shipp. After networking and creating a reputation for herself throughout the industry, Lace managed to land other major roles ranging from more movies, television series and music videos. Lace has spent a lot of time perfecting her craft, gaining exposure as a professional ghost writer for various celebrity artists which expanded her knowledge and skill in music. She has shared the stage with notable artists such as Bill Pickney and the Original Drifters, Howard Hewett, V.I.C., Lenny Williams, J. Cole, Marvel, The Quad and others. Lace is a professional percussion instructor allowing her to share her knowledge, wisdom and insight in teaching youth in her community of Florence, South Carolina. In 2014, Lace established her entertainment company, Hands On University, with the mission of nurturing her career an actor, vocalist, youth mentoring, songwriting and production and music and video production. With her generational talent and unrivaled work ethic, Lace is a storm of unique talent, consistently unleashing the elements of success upon the entertainment landscape.
