DonDrizzy started writing music at the age of 13. He was influenced from the styles of Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, Chief Keef & many others that inspired him to pursue his own lyrics & find his own beats to make songs & eventually get his start in the music industry. 
 He began releasing music on SoundCloud while he was a freshman in Highschool (2011-2012). By making waves on SoundCloud slowly becoming more & more popular in the Kansas City area, he Batam to draw attention his way. With a few songs close to 10,000 plays within just 1 year with no promo budget or money spent. He was just uploading it & posting his work on Twitter. 
 In 2018 he linked up with popular Kansas City music producer “Smartalec On The Track” whose worked with the likes of Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko, Stevie Stone & more. DonDrizzy signed to Alec’s label/company in 2018 “Subliminal Music Group” & began to work on new music. 
 Since then they’ve had great success. In 2021 one of their first songs “Sober” was played multiple times on radio in LA Acquiring close to 80k streams in just a month & half. DonDrizzy just released his debut studio album “Aspera Adastra” after working & devolving a sound for 4 years (since 2018) he felt ready enough to release a full project & just in its first 3 weeks of release it has already surpassed 20k streams across all platforms organically. The project features artists Stephen Jailon, Six Lungs, King Kihei, Hurracane, Jesus Divine, CG Benji, Tae Mele’ & Ray 2x.
