KAZMS is a band that explores the connection between traditional Irish music and modern electronic elements. It is based between Dublin and Berlin which has had an influence broadening the sonic scope of the music. 
 It all started with singer-songwriter Eoin Keely, who reached out to electronic musician and producer Ciarán Byrne. Eoin writes his songs and stories from the heart. He doesn’t hide behind his lyrics, he puts himself at the front; that is what makes his music so powerful and raw. To this, Ciarán adds his perspective of movement, texture and colour with electronic elements. Finally, the missing piece that was necessary to hold all of this together was Seán Ó Casaide. He opened the door to a rich tradition of Irish music and history, carrying with him a broad knowledge of acoustic instruments such as the piano. 
 Their debut album FLOW is the reflection of their growing relationship with each other and how to find the common ground between their different identities. In 2022 they released a multitude of singles alongside a collection of music videos that were funded by Initiative Musik Germany. They also performed in The Academy Dublin, where they showed for the first time on stage their ability to bring together stripped back acoustic sounds and hard-hitting electronic music. 
 With the release of Flow, KAZMS feel like they are taking an important step forward.
