Bethel Francis (Dre@m) is the Founder and the Head Artist of our music collective (NORM). He is a rapper, singer, and songwriter based in Ottawa, Ontario. His music is inspired by Kanye West & 2pac Shakur and combines the sounds and style of R&B, Hip-Hop, and Soul. Has 5 music projects (3 mixtapes, 1 Collaborative Album, 1 Solo Album) , "Half A Dream" which was released back in June 2014 the 2nd one is called "Almost Home" which was released back in April 2015 and "Break From The Season" a collaborative project with Rejuno (Another artist from the NORM Collective), Almost Home Volume 2 (2017) and Magnificent (2018). Dre@m has that positive mainstream vibes and can share his talent across many genres of music including Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, EDM & Jazz and Reggae, He is not only a talented individual but also an entrepreneur. He is the president of the musical collective 'NORM', a registered member of the society of composers, authors, and music publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS). He also organized eight independent shows (called Dream & Friends) 4 in 2017, 2 in 2018, 2 in 2019 featuring artists in NORM as well as other local artists residing in the city of Ottawa, Canada.
