A multi-instrumentalist with a lush lofi style, Damn Stargazers creates serene sonic environments that feature expressive guitars, layered synths, and beats that slap. Being drawn to the creative possibilities of production, he started making beats during classes in high school and during down times while not playing guitar in a variety of bands around the Northern NJ area. Experimentation and genre blending has always been at the heart of these musical explorations. Influences from artists like Tycho, Bonobo, Washed Out, Emancipator, Lotus, Papadosio, STS9, Larry Carlton, and Lemon Jelly contribute towards a chill instrumental style that tells stories through deep textures and smooth melodies. His forthcoming album is exploring the natural elements, building songs inspired by specific scenes that fit each unique vibe from water, air, earth, fire, and aether. Sit back and melt in.
