Growlz, a California-based producer, combines his knowledge of audio engineering and sound design with his experiences in film production to bring a rich, unique, and cinematic-quality sound to his work. Jake Schu, a.k.a. Growlz, is meticulous in his work; he knows that every small detail in a song converges to create the signature experience he envisions. Growlz is passionate about using this detail-oriented sound design to immerse listeners in a world they wouldn't otherwise inhabit. The Growlz project came about in 2015, with his first solo release. Since then, he has had a string of successful releases on major labels, such as Buygore and Circus Records, A-list collaborations with artists like Riot Ten and Holly, and features of his songs in sets from the likes of Borgore, Black Tiger Sex Machine, Doctor P, and Jayceeoh. After cultivating his sound further over the past few years, Growlz is ready for an explosive 2022!
