J. Hires, born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, delivers his first hip hop project entitled- “Chapter 1: I Do This Too”. Known for his acting and stand-up comedy, Hires showcases rap bars loaded with no jokes and all punchlines. His original sound takes the listener on a journey of detailing his thoughts on being an underdog in the industry, Black in America, and faith in oneself in order to accomplish their dreams.
