Ross was born in The Netherlands (Amsterdam) but is of Surinamese origin. In January 2023, his adventure as a playlister began, and it all happened very quickly. With over a thousand subscribers in just a few months, Pianosexual has become the most popular "Sgija" playlist in Europe. Ross has also been involved in producing and releasing Amapiano tracks by: bringing talented producers together, providing input, leading the project, and launching the tracks. Ross is known as "The face of Sgija", and his work has contributed significantly to the growth and popularity of Sgija music in The Netherlands.
