Loosie Grind, who spends her time across Sydney/Eora and Melbourne/Naarm, has rapidly made noise and become Australia's one to watch in the last year. By name by nature, she’s a lover of a loose vocal and sounds that grind ever so slightly against the beat. A true Aries in spirit, LG quickly picked up production skills during COVID and wasted no time independently releasing a number of singles, and featuring her vocals on a release with Insomniac Records + Revealed recordings. She co-wrote and sang on FOVO’s Feel The Rhythm, which is tracking at 3million + on Spotify. Once the scene came back, it didn’t take long for her to get noticed, leading her to a swift triple signing for agency, label, & management. 2022 saw her first headline show at the iconic Ivy (on her 10th live gig), support sets for Choomba, Running Touch & Louis The Child, an international festival slot at Your Paradise, and rounded out the year opening the main stage for Festival X. In 2023, she released her first single ‘Get What I want,’ with Club Sweat, where it was debuted on Triple J’s Home & Hosed, and added to Spotify playlists Fresh Dance Finds, Operator & New Dance Beats. . She followed quickly up with a thumping remix to Karma Fields ‘Me & U,’ Setmo's 'Beat Control,' and single ARIES.
