Jim the Boss is a 2 time IMA Nominated music producer, engineer and songwriter located in Secaucus NJ USA. Known for his work with recording studio Hoboken HiFi and their studio band known as HiFi Rockers. He also leads the Rolling Js which is comprised of members of the HiFi Rockers as well as other notable NY & NJ reggae musicians. Jim has worked with some of the biggest names in reggae from yesterday and today such as Cornel Campbell, Sly & Robbie, Horace Andy, David Hillyard, Victor Rice and many more! In the current year, 2024, Jim celebrates his "Decade of Dub" with his Hoboken HiFi recording studio. Jim will make his comeback after being inactive for nearly 4 years. To mark both occasions, he will be reactivating his Hudson Soul record label for a release of 2 albums that will include never heard before tracks from The HiFi Rockers studio band, Cornel Campbell, King Tappa, Jah Adam, Alex Tea, David Hillyard and more!
