Multi-instumentalist specialized in wind instruments and composer, he has been working since 1990 in musical field, in particular in the experimental folk, ethnic, world-musc, minimal and sound-track. During the years he got specialized in playing different kind of ethnic instruments. He played and composed many movie sound tracks he composed the music for poetic readings. He composed music for theatre and television, he played live on stage with many musicians in Italy, Europe, Asia, South America. He played in 140 albums with many of the most important ethno-folk recording labels, progressive, world music and he has obtained prestigious international awards with Avarta, Orchestra Bailam, Ancient veil, Eris Pluvia. With Simona Fasano he is the artistic director of the Compagnia Teatro Nudo and since 2006. He has produced and recorded two solo albums: Sonno Eliso (2012); Missive Archetipe (2014) and now he is recording his third solo album Religio. In 2017 he released Cabit – Unico Figlio a CD dedicated to the Christmas traditional songs and tunes of Liguria. This CD won the awards as one of the best Italian world music of the 2017 (in the top 10). During October of 2020 he has released the second CD of Cabit: Serenin, this CD was recorded in Istanbul with some of the most rappresentative traditional Turkish musicians. Between 2019 and 2022 he composed and played live music for two plays Antigone e Le Baccanti for the Teatro Stabile di Catania
