Regardless of the artistic medium, Claudia Bouvette's message is one of female empowerment and the freedom to be oneself. Her music encourages openness and the courage to assert and reveal one's true self. Born in Bromont (QC), Claudia Bouvette now lives and works in Montreal. A singer-songwriter, she's always been passionate about music. After a stint in television, she returned to her first love in 2019 and released an initial EP featuring eight songs written and produced with Connor Seidel. She spent the following two years polishing her songwriting and musical production techniques. Her debut album, The Paradise Club, was released in 2022 on Bonsound. Since then, Claudia has performed at various venues across Quebec and Ontario, and at festivals such as Osheaga, FEQ and M pour Montréal. She even fulfilled her childhood dream of joining Simple Plan on stage at FestiVoix in Trois-Rivières. The singer also went on to open for Ne-Yo at the Festival des Montgolfières and Sean Paul at Soif de Musique. In 2022, Claudia graced the cover of Elle Québec magazine, and made appearances on the small screen on numerous occasions, as a performer, co-host and actress. In 2024, she approached the creation of a second album with the ability of letting go. This feeling of serenity led her to trust the magic that happens in the studio when you're in the right place at the right time. DIARY FOR THE LONELY HEARTS, due out this fall, is the result of Claudia and Soran's creative chemistry.
