Dublin-born duo Long Island Sound (Rob Roche and Tim Nolan) are known for their euphoric-yet-introspective take on electronic music. Balancing emotion and energy, they craft dynamic explorations via their imprint, Signs of Space. 2022 saw the release of their seven-track Lost Connection, which Resident Advisor called ‘glorious, heart-tugging sunset techno.’ After a sold-out Dublin launch, they embarked on their festival tour, ending with a standout set at Ireland’s All Together Now. In 2023, they released Lost Connection Remixes with reworks by Mor Elian, Benjamin Damage, and more. That summer, they dropped their ‘Don’t Let Me/Air’ EP, earning support from Pete Tong and Tim Sweeney. They closed the year with a remix for Depeche Mode’s ‘My Favorite Stranger.’ 2024 began with a remix for Kassian’s ‘The Machine’ and the release of their Fracture EP on Oath, supported by Bonobo, I.Jordan, and more. With their album Hydra and live show on the horizon, the duo are set to reach new heights.
