A producer born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Zan seeks to blur the lines between the seemingly infinite iterations of genres while simultaneously carving out a sonic signature of his own. He was originally inspired to go into production by the godfathers of Lo-fi, Nujabes and J Dilla but was also heavily influenced by the experimental artists of the Soundcloud Renaissance Era. Incorporating sounds ranging from the feverous rhythms of Baile funk, traditional hip-hop sampling, the nostalgia driven melodies of lo-fi, and everything in between. Zan demonstrates that his versatility and arsenal are just as his namesake suggests - infinite.
