Spending a great proportion of his youth teaching himself how to play multiple instruments, BADEO showed early signs of an innate talent for all things musical; a quality that would propel him towards a true affinity for groove & percussion-focussed music that traverses a wide array of BPMs and genres. A lover of eclectic sounds from all corners of the underground realm, he places himself in the “techy” category of producers, relying upon a comprehensive understanding of production programs. It’s an approach that enables the most explorative, inventive of methods when it comes to crafting tracks that quite simply stand out from the rest. It’s something that fans of his music will tell you themselves, with notable releases for Berg Audio, his co-run Dolphin Flips imprint and on his personal Bandcamp. Not being limited to just DJing & producing, BADEO additionally plays bass guitar for surf-rock band ‘The Eyeballers’, providing a maintained connection with the more traditional sects of music that enables him to harness authentic, distinctive sounds for his production arsenal. His passion for music extends further though, as an educational force for thousands of the world’s burgeoning musical talents through both in-person and online teachings.
