Mlue Jay is a award winning Musician, Film Director, Music Producer & founder of YeahWeLit Entertainment, currently residing in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was born and raised in Magwegwe West a suburb in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Mlue Jay was introduced into Music in 2008 and he started recording in 2010. He went on to study sound engineering in South Africa soon after finishing his O ’level so he can manage to do his own art. Mlue Jay is a sound engineer, music producer by profession. Mlue Jay is heavily influenced by the likes of Lil Wayne, Drake, K.O, Cassper Nyovest, Rick Ross, Touchline, Meek Mill, Cal Vin , JAY-Z, J. Cole just to name a few. Mlue Jay has hosted two succesfull shows They Need Me & A Night In Newtown and he has headlined/perfomed, alongside big names in the music industry such as Black Coffee - Jeys Marabini - Kwesta - Sjava - Emtee – Touchline – Yung Tyran just to name a few. Mlue Jay is currently sitting on more that (15) nominations and 2 awards that he has won which are, - 2018 Best Diaspora Nominee (Changamire Festival Awards) WON. -2020 Best Diaspora Nominee (Zim Hip-Hop Awards) WON.
