Jordan Mata Capellan, known as J23, is a Canadian artist born and raised in Montreal to Dominican parents. He started his musical journey at the age of seventeen, constantly hanging in the studio with his cousins resulting in his first collaboration alongside Mr. Jacob and Ramis in the summer of 2020 on the reggaeton (perreo) titled XXX produced by El Capitvn and Medylandia. The feedback from the city provided the spark needed to release his first solo track to the public the following year and that was only the beginning of The Process (El Proceso).
