REV is a French artist, producer, DJ, sound designer, and co-founder and manager of the label Unfair Records. With 10 years of production experience, REV is defined by his energetic, deep, and melancholic musical style, which manifests in rich melodies supported by a precise psytrance foundation. His constant drive for exploration and his diverse inspirations (Jean-Michel Jarre, Armin Van Buuren, Mandragora, and Bryan Tyler) lead him to blend genres while keeping emotion at the core of his compositions. On stage, this Nantes-born artist has made his mark in iconic clubs such as Nexus, Warehouse Nantes, and OXI in Berlin, sharing the stage with artists like Otta and Astrix. His carefully curated sets tell diverse stories of love and joy. 2024 marks the release of his first LP, Every Tears Of Emotions, showcasing his mastery in production, mixing fast trance melodies with a touch of breakbeat and experimental textures. The album explores the theme of our relationship with emotions: those expressed or repressed, unpleasant or soothing. It has received support from renowned artists such as AISHA, Anetha, and SWART. He first became involved in event organization with the major Angers-based collective "La Bringue," now known for its immersive parties. There, he learned to DJ and secured his first bookings. At the end of his residency, he co-founded Unfair Records in 2022, which later expanded into an artist agency.
