Hollie Buhagiar is a multi award-winning Gibraltarian composer based in London, who specialises in crafting bespoke scores for film, TV and Theatre. Throughout her career she has been hailed for her anomalous sonic palette as well as her ability to create fascinating, high-concept scores that approach traditional composition from a contemporary and distinctly imbued perspective. 2024 thus far has seen the release of Hollie's latest work 'Royal Kill List'. Airing on Sky, the blockbuster mini-series told as a Kill Bill revenge thriller stars some of Britain's leading A-list actors including Joseph Fiennes, Jared Harris and Sheila Atim. Hollie's 2023 took her to the US with Film 4's 'White Ant' premiering at Sundance Film Festival. It has also saw her score the documentary feature 'Women Behind the Wheel' that premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and is currently screening across select UK cinemas including BAFTA's London Theatres. Hollie took home the award for Best Music at the British Horror Film Festival, Best Music at Screen Power, Best Original Score at the Paris Film Awards and Best Soundtrack at RS FilmFest. In 2022 she scored a Netflix Original 'Seal And The City', the three-part BritBox series 'Extinction Rebellion: For Life', 'UNFAIR' a Comedy Pilot with Channel 4 and 'Sandstorm (ملاقات) ' the first short Pakistani Film ever to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.
