Sometimes I find myself thinking that the time I spend with music has came to an obsession. Common to all artists, there's something about music that opens the door to expressing themselves. I wasn't always the center of attention growing up; and I never found myself to be a follower of the crowd. I always wanted to stand out but never knew how. You see, music is an extension of myself. The expansion of my feelings, dreams, and imagination. I might deal with a little anxiety as all introverts do, but the way I conquer it is through my music. It is the fire inside of me that pushes me to become a better artist and most importantly, be myself. My music doesn't sound like other artists because at the end of the day I am me. I'm not trying to be compared to. Introverted people sometimes get a bad rap. Creating new unique music helps me grow as an overall person and helps me overcome life issues. Which is also what I hope that people feel listening to my music. Everything I express is being told all through personal stories and experiences. It helps me realize the bigger picture. In the world that we live in today, everything tends to be so tangled and mixed up. So many sides to every story, but when it's me and my tracks, there's nothing else, it's a clean slate that I can share with everyone. I want my listeners to be able to relate to my music on another level in their own way. Making them feel what I'm also feeling.
