General Tiger Gun is an indie rock band from Yangon formed in 2012. As they all first played in different bands such as No U Turn, they got together and gathered their different backgrounds to compose their own songs, mainly about Youth Culture and highly influenced by band such as Joy Division. They started performing at the first JAM IT! Show and have been regulars since then, their song “Lose Control” featuring in JAM IT! Compilation album. In 2015, they started to play as opening for big bands such as Emperor. They released their split album with the one of the hottest Indie band from Yangon 'The Peacists' called '9' Night Indie' by 9' Night Records. In 2019, the band signed to JAM IT! Records and released a digital EP 'ထိန်းချုပ်မရ' available to stream on Gita App and JOOX. Finally they released their debut album 'ကိုယ်ကြိုက်တာကိုယ်လုပ်' in 2022.
