Ked Co Born Kedrick Washington in Denver, Colorado. Raised along with two sisters in a single parent household where his mother was the only bread winner working two jobs as well as playing the role of both mother and father to three children. Kedrick was a very intelligent and vocal child growing up, he was a member of both the youth & angel choir at King Baptist church. Kedrick did a number of things including sports football and basketball for prince hall pal athletic team under the teachings and guidance of his grandfather David Washington Sr. Ked (Colorado) Washington say's he has always been in tune with his self and his love for music. He recalls his first independent project Tired of struggling at age 16 after the death of his grandfather really fucked me up! But he continued to hone his craft not releasing other independent project 2 sides of a man for 3 yrs. Until the death of his mother, It's almost as if the pain gives substance for me to express my life’s trials and tribulations says Ked, who is currently working on his solo album to be promptly released in 2018. Ked Co has opened for artists such as Young Dro in 2012 at Casselmann’s Event Center, Paul Wall and Hurricane Chris 2012 in Colorado Springs at the Golden Cue, Snoop Dogg in 2009 at The Ogden Theatre, as well as touring with the Music is A Privilege Tour alongside Killa Tay, Keak Da Sneak, Kafani, Big Rich, Young Do
