Agnès Aokky's love of poetry and surrealism is evident in her first EP, PAYSAGES VUS EN RÊVES, which is tinged with phantasmagorical journeys. First discovered for her voice, the fairy of the black pill and other crazy programs on Radio Nova, Agnès collaborated with artists such as Futuro Pelo, Falco Benz etc. Then, in 2019, she launched a solo concert accompanied by video images with Pascal Gary aka phormazero, a visual artist who directed the video for PAYSAGES VUS EN RÊVES. She plunges us into her psyche, mixing different vocal techniques, from sung to spoken, from delirious to chanted, while respecting her love of melody. Over the years, she has refined a style that oscillates between melancholy and humor, reflecting a form of modesty. She tinkers with her sounds, using clever tools to script her songs. Agnes Aokky leaves nothing to chance, and with this EP establishes herself as a true experimental poet of song. Her last single « Nuit sans étoiles » hits digital stores on March 22, 2024, inventing a suavely gentle, icy tale of poetic pop in a mystically charming video. On June 21, 2024, to celebrate music in all its forms and 8 days before the Marche des Fiertés, Agnès released a remix EP of her track Les Filles (leur âme me suit partout). Three electronic music producers are involved: Lauer, Joshua James and Don Turi. Eurodance, disco and minimal techno intertwine to set the summer dancefloor alight!
